저의 인사는 안디옥 신학교 설립 목적으로 대신 하려고 합니다.


건강한 교회 사역의 출발은 영적으로 건강한 목회자 배출부터 시작 됩니다. 건강한 선교사역 역시 건강한 선교사만이 이룰 수 있습니다.
본교는 예수 그리스도의 재림을 목전에 둔 늦은비 성령시대를 맞이하여 정통 신학의 정립과 지역 교회의 성공적인 목회 사역 및 선교사역을 위한 영성신학을 겸비하여 하나님의 나라 확장을 위한 사명자 양성을 목적으로 설립되었습니다.


* 본교와 현지 선교사와의 유기적인 관계를 통하여 선교지 국가 학력 인정된 신학교 설립을 돕기위함.
* 올바른 복음의 정체성과 정립된 신학과 신앙을 갖춘 선교사를 파송하기 위한 영적훈련과 교육을 위함.
* 열악한 환경의 선교지에 성서적인 신학교를 운영하고 가르치는 수준 높은 교수요원 양성을 위함.
* 각종 전문직을 가진 평신도로 하여금 선교지에 직업학교를 설립하여 복음을 전할 수 있도록 평신도 선교사 양성을 위한 목적

  (예, 컴퓨터 전문가, 태권도 사범, 의료 종사자, 음악 및 기타 예술, 농작물 전문가 등등)
* 다양하고 세분화 된 기독교 사역(교회)에 전문화된 영적 인력을 공급하기 위한 목적.
* 건강한 지역교회 사역을 위한 영적으로 성숙하고 건강한 목회자 양성을 위함.
* 다양한 영적 프로그램을 개발하여 그리스도인으로서 영적 리더십을 함양하고 올바른 신학을 정립할 수 있는 기회를 제공.
* 선교사역자의 전통적이고 복음적인 신학 연장교육을 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발을 제공.

* 지역 선교지를 연합하여 기독교적 Seminar를 개최하여 선교사역자들이 항상 최상의 영적 건강을 유지할 수 있도록 지원.

* 선교사역의 사명자들을 중점 교육 및 훈련하여 선교지 영적 인력 충원과 후원자를 연결.

* 무의탁 은퇴 선교사 가정을 지원하여 평안 노후 제공.

I’m Pastor John Lee, the founder and President of Antioch Theological Seminary.
The ministry of healthy churches starts from producing spiritually healthy pastors.
Healthy missionary works can also be achieved by healthy missionaries.
In the face of the time of late rain of the Holy Spirit in a moment of the second
coming of Jesus Christ, our seminary was established for the purpose of training
those who have calling for expansion of God’s Kingdom by having both
establishment of legitimate and spiritual theology for successful and missionary
ministries of local churches.
Purposes of Establishment of Antioch Theological Seminary
* Helping establishment of seminaries nationally recognized as a degree through
organic connections between our seminary and local missionaries.
* Providing spiritual education to dispatching missionaries who are equipped
with identity of right gospel and established theology and faith.
* Training high level of teaching staff who runs and teaches in seminaries in nations
where gospels are not well spread.
* Training laypeople missionaries so that they can evangelize by encouraging
laypeople who work in specialized areas (for examples: people specialized
in IT, Taekwondo,
medicine, music, other arts, and agricultural crops.) to establish vocational
trade schools.
* Providing spiritually specialized human resources to diverse and fragmented
Christian ministries.

* Training spiritually mature and healthy pastors for healthy local church ministries.
* Cultivating spiritual leadership as a Christian and providing opportunities.

* We support retired missionary families who are not cared for and provide a life of peace and retirement.
